Victor Sicilia

I’m Victor Sicilia and I moved to Canada on a work visa at age 19, 17 years ago.

Passionate about food, I went to college in El Salvador for a Food and Management diploma. On graduation day, a group of 4 people received the opportunity to move to Canada and work for a well known fast food restaurant where I became supervisor after a year.

I Moved to Canada on my own with big hopes and dreams to run my own Latin restaurant. It took time and lot of effort but after 15 years and thanks to the support of my partner, we started running the Kitchen and Cafe at Solorzano Spa where we are based to run our Food Truck as well!
